Private · Voluntary · 24/7 by phone
Authorized officers and official representatives may call the registry line to request a limited confirmation about a consenting participant and a voluntarily enrolled asset. Nothing about a participant or an asset can be searched from this website.
This is a private, voluntary community registry. It is not a DMV, government database, or title service, and it is not proof of legal ownership, identity, immunity, legal status, or authority. Participation is voluntary and consent-based, and a participant may withdraw consent at any time.

Officer instructions
Authorized police officers and official law-enforcement representatives may call the registry line 24 hours a day to request limited information about a registered tag, hull number, or enrolled asset.
The Holy Nation Registry is a private, consent-based community registry administered under Holy Nation policies and procedures. Confirmations cover tags and identifiers for enrolled Holy Nation members and participants who have voluntarily consented to limited disclosure, and consent may be withdrawn at any time.
Verification is by phone only. There is no browser-accessible participant or asset search on this site, and no self-service portal for requesters.
An AI receptionist answers 24/7, identifies itself as automated, and states that this registry is private and voluntary.
State your full name, badge or employee number, agency, and a publicly listed agency callback number in one natural sentence. The four details are read back for confirmation and logged as self-reported.
When asked, provide the tag, registration ID, or other enrolled asset identifier. If exactly one active consenting record matches, only the approved registration fields and an audit receipt are read aloud.
This is not a DMV, government database, title service, or proof of legal ownership, identity, immunity, legal status, or authority. Caller credentials are recorded as self-reported and are not independently verified by the registry.
DEMO ONLY — every name, address, identifier, and vehicle record shown here is fictional.
Presentation script
This is a read-aloud script for demonstrating the registry verification line. There is no search form and no record browser here — verification happens only by phone, with a live AI receptionist. Nothing in this demonstration is a law-enforcement credential or a real citizen record.
Answered 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The receptionist identifies itself as automated and states that the registry is private and voluntary.
Mary accepts the first four identity fields naturally in one spoken statement — full name, badge, agency, and phone. She briefly reads them back for confirmation, and only then asks for the tag number. Nothing else is requested.
The (870) 555-0142 callback number is fictional and reserved for demonstration only — 555 numbers are not assigned to real agencies. Officer John Smith, badge A-12345, and the division shown are also fictional demonstration details.
“This is John Smith, badge A-12345, with Arkansas State Police, Division 2. My phone number is (870) 555-0142.”
When Mary asks for the tag, say: HN 724.

What may be confirmed
Registry administrators may maintain voluntary records for automobiles, trucks, motorcycles, boats, personal watercraft, vessels, trailers, ATVs, farm equipment, and other consenting participants’ property.
Whether the voluntary record is verified, under review, or inactive, and its consent status.
The name attached to the voluntary record — never a home address, phone number, date of birth, or government identifier.
Asset type, description, year, make, model, color, tag or registration identifier, and VIN, HIN, or serial number when recorded.
Caller-supplied credentials, the lookup result, a timestamp, and an audit receipt. Uploaded registration documents are never read to callers.
Built for restraint
Registration documents live in a private vault that is never exposed to this page or to a phone response. Every request is written to an append-only audit log.
